Routine
Some of us find that developing a routine helps us consistently maintain our skincare. But where do we start? And what order should we do all the things? One friend suggested this daily routine that works for her:
Shower
Dry
Moisturize
Powder
Anti-chafing and chub rub products as-needed
Drying & Staying Dry
Drying is an important step for avoiding itchiness and rashes. Be sure to dry thoroughly after showering and spending time in water. Please don't forget a single roll and crevice! There’s no shame in lifting bellies and spreading rolls. In fact, many of us find empowerment in tending to every inch of our fat bodies.
Use a fan to help dry
Sweat is a thing, too! Folx found these items helpful for soaking up sweat throughout the day:

Moisturizers
While moisturizers serve a physical self-care purpose by soothing dry skin and maintaining hydrated skin, they also tend to our emotional self-care as fat folx who are actively choosing to unlearn fatphobia on a daily basis. After a long time avoiding our bodies, spending time with and touching our fat bodies can be incredibly healing.

For face - DIY 50/50 combo of vitamin E oil and coconut oil
Anti-chafing, chub rub, & rashes
Fuckin’ chub rub. If your thighs rub together then it’s bound to happen—and it sucks! But behind us are the days of having to choose between wearing pants on hot days or suffering through the pain and discomfort of chafing. Friends of Fat AF! finds these items helpful for eliminating chub rub:
